Mind, Body, Feel: Yoga & Mindfulness for Young Adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, and Body Image Challenges

Dates: Tuesdays at 4pm-5pm starting October 6th / 6 week

Pricing: $295.00 CAD

A comprehensive blend of mindfulness meditation, deep breathing, work on the breath body connection, gentle yoga movement fuelled by deep breathing, relaxation techniques and happiness/ gratitude practice. Each session will build upon what we have practiced in the previous session(s).
