We empower families with skills to help their children and youth overcome their mental health issues and/or life challenges. Treatment for youth usually includes a combination of individual sessions for the youth, parent sessions and family sessions. Parent consultations are also available, if you wish the appropriateness of services for your child and/or to work on specific skills to support your child.
